Art Instruction: Metal Embossing In-Person

Immerse yourself in the art of metal embossing, or aluminio repujado. Repujado is the Spanish craft of pressing thin metal sheets with simple tools to achieve an embossed look. Explore various tools and techniques to help you get started with this ancient traditional art. Then transform a flat sheet of metal into a stunning, three-dimensional sugar skull to celebrate Dia de los Muertos.

Registration with a valid Yorba Linda Public Library card is required & attendance is limited to one session. Registration for Yorba Linda residents and Friends of the Yorba Linda Public Library Members begins Saturday, September 14. Open registration begins Wednesday, September 18. Adults 18+.
